**Job Summary**

NTUC CLUB is seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. As an Accounts Officer, you will be responsible for handling Accounts Receivable (AR) functions, including issuing invoices, processing GIRO collections, and preparing month-end journals.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Issue invoices upon receipt of instructions from operations using Acumatica
* Process GIRO collection/ Bank in cheques/ receive cash and issue receipts accordingly
* Prepare monthly Balance Sheet and tax schedules, including aging report
* Conduct surprise cash count
* Perform income audit
* Attend jackpot duties
* Ad-hoc projects/duties as assigned

**Requirements**

* Min a diploma or relevant accounting certificate
* At least 1 year of experience in similar function
* Good in Excel and meticulous in numbers
* Good communications skills
* Proficiency in MS office
