Job Overview

Product Manager for Analytics and AI Enablement

This is a critical role in the end-to-end product management of Core Platform capabilities, specifically enabling connectivity to SCB's AI Platform.

The Product Manager will play a vital role in defining the product vision of the CIB Data & Analytics platforms, conducting requirements gathering, articulating user stories, prioritizing backlogs, and working with software engineering teams to ensure design feasibility.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Define Product Vision: Work with Head, CIB Data & Analytics and Product leads to define the product vision for the CIB Data & Analytics platforms.
  • Requirements Gathering: Conduct thorough requirements gathering to identify features that enable connectivity to AI platforms.
  • User Story Articulation: Articulate clear user stories for identified features to facilitate development.
  • Backlog Prioritization: Prioritize product backlog to maintain an effective product roadmap.
  • Design Collaboration: Collaborate with UI/Visual designers, Content Managers to polish wireframes into high-fidelity user interfaces.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Education: University Degree required.
  2. Certifications: Certified Scrum Product Owner (preferred).
  3. Experience: 10 years in product owner/product manager roles, with 5 years in end-to-end product design and development.
  4. Key Abilities: Analytical skills, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, understanding of Agile Software Development Lifecycle, experience with ADO, AI-Enablement, Data Engineering for AI, and platform design.
