Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Accounting Senior Executive to join our team in town, working alongside senior executives and officers in the accounting department.
Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts receivable, payable, revenue recognition for specific products.
- Assist in ensuring timely closure of books and review of manual entries for adjustments.
- Approve payment workflows after preparing disbursement slips in the system.
- Prepare internal monthly analysis reports for assigned sections/products.
- Develop consolidation packages with workings (quarterly).
- Support audit processes, prepare financial statement notes workings.
- Prepare corporation tax workings and assist in tax queries.
- Involve in other tax matters like transfer pricing documentation and global trader programmes, as well as withholding tax.
- Support team members with duty cover and miscellaneous projects/tasks.
- Degree in Accounting or Finance required, Chartered Accountant (SG) preferred.
- Degree holder with minimal working experience in Accounting, Tax, and Audit; fresh graduates welcome to apply.
- Good understanding of SB-FRS and Corporate Tax advantageous.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Meticulousness in ensuring report accuracy and good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work well in a team environment, willing to share knowledge.
- Flexible work arrangement options, including work-from-home and flexible time.
$60,000 - $80,000 per annum, based on location and industry standards.
