Project Director

Responsible for overseeing and managing projects across various systems implementation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provides expert advice on technical matters to the business, and supports technology delivery in clarifying requirements, current system functionality, workflow, and process design.
  • Leads cross-functional project teams globally, manages stakeholder communications and expectations, and tracks project progress, risks, and financials.
  • Ensures project deliverables meet both business and technical requirements.
Job Qualifications:
  • Degree in Information Technology or Business-related fields.
  • Extensive experience working with technology projects for banking / FSI clients.
  • Strong background in compliance/Anti-Money Laundering/Know Your Customer (AML/KYC) processes from onboarding, client monitoring, and investigation.
  • Experience in client lifecycle management, system implementation, compliance systems e.g., name screening, transaction monitoring, payment screening, or workflow implementation.
  • Deep understanding of software development lifecycle including requirements gathering, functional design, testing, and deployment.
  • Technical proficiency with systems, software, databases, reporting, and communication tools e.g., Confluence/JIRA.
  • Ability to build partnerships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders to establish professional relationships and influence outcomes.
  • Background in data design and implementations, as well as Artificial Intelligence (AI) projects e.g., fine tuning, creating models.
