Senior IT Project Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior IT Project Manager to lead our IT system implementation projects.

  • This role requires a strong ability to lead on-going projects involving various banking systems, enhance collaboration, performance, security, and service level.
  • The successful candidate will plan and lead IT system implementation projects, fostering collaboration with stakeholders and providing expertise to regional teams.
  • Prior experience in IT system development project management and delivery service in large organizations is essential.
  • The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to escalate and resolve major issues, and act as a liaison between end users and IT teams.
  • A partnership with the IT Planning department is required to ensure alignment of all company platforms' architecture processes, standards, strategies, and roadmap.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent, with at least 10 years of experience providing IT services in the financial institution.
  • Knowledge in cash management service and remittance service of banks.
  • Proven experience in collaboration and workgroup for project delivery.
  • Capability to lead and drive IT BAU-related tasks with good time and stakeholder management skills and experience.
  • Strong verbal, written communication, and presentation skills are necessary.
  • Proficiency in Japanese is highly preferred for this role.
