Accounts Receivable Officer Role

We are seeking a seasoned Accounts Receivable professional to lead our team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the accounts receivable function, ensuring timely collections and maintaining accurate records.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintain up-to-date ageing of accounts receivable, apply credits and collections, account for uncollectible amounts, and clear miscellaneous differences.
  • Monitor and collect accounts receivable by contacting clients via telephone, email, and mail.
  • Prepare reports on A/R status.
  • Support other accounting and finance team members.
  • Prepare reminder letters and statements of account letters to be sent to customers.
  • Respond to customer's enquiries.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in managing the accounts receivable function, preferably in an MNC environment. Prior experience in ERP systems such as SAP/Oracle systems is an added advantage. Strong communication skills, attention to details, and ability to work independently in a team environment are essential.
