Job Title: Resident Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Resident Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, with a minimum of 4 years of experience in supervision of residential buildings.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all site activities comply with project specifications, construction drawings, and client requirements.
  • They will also be responsible for monitoring site works, ensuring that method statements and work procedures are strictly followed.
  • Apart from this, the candidate will be expected to conduct quality inspections and quality control of materials used for the project.
  • Additionally, they will be required to maintain and update site records on progress of work, housekeeping, and preparing reports.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Min Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience in supervision of residential buildings
  • Resident Engineer Certificate accredited by IES / ACES is a must, candidate without RE certificate need not apply
  • Conversant in statutory code and requirements
  • Good team player with strong interpersonal and communications skills essential
