Job Opportunity:

The Psychosocial Trauma Support Service is a dynamic team providing psychological and emotional support to help individuals recover from traumatic experiences.

As a Clinical Psychologist, you will be involved in hospital-based work and community-based project work. You will conduct specialized assessments and interventions for individuals with trauma-related concerns.

You will also conduct talks and training in the area of child trauma and support, working together with the community on increased preparedness to respond to crises and traumas.

Clinical training, professional individual and group supervision will be provided to develop your professional growth and expertise in the area of trauma work.

We are seeking a full-time Clinical Psychologist who is interested in working in a supportive environment, with opportunities for growth in both clinical work and community-based project work.

Requirements:

  • Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written), possess effective interpersonal skills and good psychological report writing skills
  • Possess relevant qualifications to obtain registration as a full member with a recognized professional body
  • Relevant clinical and supervision experience
