Graphic Designer Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to support our event visual needs. This role involves designing impactful event materials, digital visuals, and stage designs that enhance event experiences and align with brand guidelines.

  • Design event-related materials such as backdrops, stage visuals, banners, photo booths, props, signage, and printed collaterals.
  • Create digital assets for event promotions including social media posts, email notifications, and presentation slides.
  • Collaborate with teams to conceptualize creative themes and visual directions for various events.
  • Work with vendors and printers to ensure artwork specifications are met for production.
  • E nsure all designs are aligned with branding and event requirements.
  • Manage multiple event design projects with tight timelines.
  • Support on-site visual setup when required.

About the Role: As a Graphic Designer, you will play a key part in elevating our event experiences through impactful designs. Your creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure will be valuable assets to our team.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop event design concepts that meet brand guidelines and event objectives.
  2. Design and produce high-quality visual materials for events, including prints, digital assets, and stage designs.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive event branding and messaging.
  4. Meet deadlines and manage multiple project timelines effectively.
  5. Provide input on event marketing strategies and campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Portfolio showcasing your graphic design experience and skills.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
