Field Operations Manager

This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires strong organizational and leadership skills. As Field Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, deployment, and performance of a network of vending machines across various locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing and evaluating new vending machine locations
  • Coordinating field operations
  • Overseeing machine maintenance
  • Handling customer complaints and issues

You will work closely with internal teams, vendors, and landlords to ensure smooth coordination and high service standards. This role requires a highly organized individual who can prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements:
  • Diploma with at least 2 years of relevant experience
  • Strong people skills and a customer-focused mindset
  • Operational or retail experience preferred
  • Digitally savvy and able to interpret sales and performance data

Apart from technical skills, the ideal candidate should be independent, hands-on, and willing to travel for fieldwork. Possessing own vehicle and valid driving license is also an advantage.
