Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Operations Manager to lead our fast-paced vending machine business in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily storage and warehousing operations, ensuring the cleaning and replenishment of apples, and leading a team of drivers and kitchen staff.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in F&B operations, vending, or logistics management, with 5+ years of experience in a similar role. They should possess excellent leadership and people management skills, be highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven.

Main Responsibilities:
- Manage daily storage and warehousing operations for apples and vending machines.
- Oversee the cleaning, preparation, and replenishment of apples for vending deployment.
- Lead and supervise a team of drivers, apple cleaners, and kitchen staff, ensuring compliance with hygiene standards.
- Develop, implement, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure efficient and scalable operations.
- Ensure machines across Singapore are consistently serviced, replenished, and performing optimally.

Requirements:
- Polytechnic diploma or degree in operations, logistics, supply chain is preferred but not required.
- Valid driving license preferred, but not necessary. Having your own vehicle may be advantageous.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven.
