We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Operations Manager to join our team at the Singapore Business Federation. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the facilities operations of our organisation, including maintenance and upkeep of office facilities, liaison with building management, and coordination with vendors/contractors for office improvement works.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the day-to-day facilities operations, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment for our organisation.
- Liaise with building management and vendors/contractors to coordinate maintenance and improvement works.
- Supervise cleaners and liaise with the cleaning contractor to ensure cleanliness of office premises.
- Handle room bookings for Seminar and Training Facilities in SBF, including maintenance and use of the room booking system.
- Assist with tenancy management, including office leasing, defects during occupancy, and reinstatement.
- Cover reception and/or office administration function when necessary.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and audiovisual equipment.
- Experience in facilities management, tenancy management, and office administration.
