Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day facilities operations, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment for our organisation.
  • Liaise with building management and vendors/contractors to coordinate maintenance and improvement works.
  • Supervise cleaners and liaise with the cleaning contractor to ensure cleanliness of office premises.
  • Handle room bookings for Seminar and Training Facilities in SBF, including maintenance and use of the room booking system.
  • Assist with tenancy management, including office leasing, defects during occupancy, and reinstatement.
  • Cover reception and/or office administration function when necessary.
Requirements
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and audiovisual equipment.
  • Experience in facilities management, tenancy management, and office administration.
