Job Description

As a dynamic and experienced Retail Sales Associate, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service.

  • Meet personal and team sales targets by leveraging effective sales techniques and product knowledge.
  • Deliver outstanding customer experiences, including personalized product recommendations and resolving inquiries or issues.
  • Support junior team members by sharing expertise and sales strategies to enhance their performance.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to foster repeat business and drive loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date on all store products, new launches, and ongoing promotions to ensure informed and engaging interactions.
  • Understand customer needs and preferences to provide tailored shopping advice and meet expectations.
  • Maintain awareness of retail trends and competitor activities to better serve customers and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Assist with daily store tasks such as opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and stock management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in retail brand sales is preferred, but not required.
  • Must be serious, responsible, patient, and able to handle hardships and heavy workloads.
  • Enthusiastic and cheerful personality, with excellent communication and expression skills.
  • Strong sense of ownership and willingness to develop together with the organization.
