Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Performance Expert to join our team. As a Sales Performance Expert, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and ensuring seamless customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process new orders into our system, closely following up on orders to meet monthly sales targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer support, manage relationships with customers, attend to inquiries and information requests.
  • Work closely with our warehouse team to handle inbound and outbound distribution.
  • Organize shipments (road/sea/air), check freight costs.
  • Resolve and coordinate operational day-to-day issues with 3PL warehouses, customers, suppliers, and forwarders.
  • Manage LC negotiations, verify vendor invoices, compile invoices for weekly submission.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
