Front-of-House Operations Role

In our dynamic service crew, you will be the face of our operations and play a pivotal role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch customer service, handling orders and payments efficiently, serving food and beverages promptly, and maintaining the cleanliness of our dining areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service Excellence:
    • Warmly greet guests and assist with seating to create a welcoming atmosphere.
    • Accurately take orders and answer menu-related questions to ensure guest satisfaction.
    • Maintain a high level of professionalism to make our guests feel valued and cared for.
  • Order & Payment Handling:
    • Efficiently process orders using our point-of-sale systems to minimize wait times.
    • Securely handle cash and card transactions to protect our guests' information.
    • Issue receipts and manage simple billing inquiries to resolve any issues promptly.
  • Food & Beverage Service:
    • Prominently serve food and drinks while maintaining a professional demeanor.
    • Refill beverages and attend to guest requests during meals to provide seamless service.
    • Thoroughly clear tables and reset them for the next guests to maintain a clean and organized environment.
  • Cleanliness & Setup:
    • Maintain the cleanliness of our dining and service areas to ensure a safe and healthy environment.
    • Properly set up tables, utensils, and condiments before service to ensure everything is in order.
    • Assist in closing duties such as sweeping, wiping, and restocking to maintain a tidy workspace.
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Effectively communicate with kitchen staff and fellow crew members to ensure seamless service.
    • Support teammates during peak hours to maintain efficiency and productivity.
    • Attend briefings and follow service protocols to stay informed and aligned with our standards.

We're Looking for:

  • A friendly, energetic, and customer-focused attitude to drive guest satisfaction.
  • The ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure to deliver exceptional results.
  • Basic communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Prior experience in F&B or hospitality is a bonus but not required.
  • A willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays to accommodate our operational needs.
