Job Title: Retail Merchandiser - Islandwide

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned retail merchandising professional to join our growing team. As a key player, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with store management and staff. Your expertise in visual merchandising, inventory management, and customer service will help us maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular visits to assigned retail outlets to ensure product presence and visibility
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with store personnel
  • Ensure products are properly displayed, well-stocked, and rotated according to FIFO principles
  • Collaborate with store staff to replenish on-shelf stock and manage product inventory levels efficiently
  • Support promotional displays and in-store activations
  • Provide excellent customer service by answering product inquiries, offering recommendations, and addressing issues promptly
  • Gather and relay customer feedback to the management team
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Proven experience in retail merchandising (at least 3 years)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong listening, presentation, and decision-making skills
  • Basic food hygiene certification (preferred)
