Job Description:

 We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to join our team as a key member responsible for delivering high-quality solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations. This role will oversee the development and delivery of complex technical projects using T24 and related Temenos platforms.

 

As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing custom-built solutions with a focus on scalability, robustness, and performance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive IT delivery and ensure timely completion of projects.

 

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of T24 COB and Services framework, along with expertise in multi-company and multi-app server environments. Strong knowledge of private banking modules, such as securities, cash & deposits, credit products, derivatives, and payments, is also required.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement custom-built solutions using T24 and related Temenos platforms.
  • Oversee the development and delivery of complex technical projects.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive IT delivery and ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of T24 COB and Services framework.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project requirements and deliverables.
  • Lead technical discussions and provide expert advice on technology-related matters.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Contribute to the development of process improvements and standardization initiatives.

 

Requirements:
  • 15+ years of experience in development and leadership roles within T24 platforms.
  • Strong expertise in T24 R23+, TAFJ R23+, and Infobasic coding.
  • Experience in multi-company and multi-app server environments.
  • Deep functional knowledge of private banking modules, including securities, cash & deposits, credit products, derivatives, and payments.
  • Proven track record in implementing SWIFT messaging, interfacing patterns, and STP processes.
  • Strong hands-on expertise with Design Studio, source code repositories, SQL Developer, job schedulers, and cloud-based T24 development.
  • Knowledge of deployment architecture, T24 performance optimization, and data archiving practices.
  • Excellent personal organization with ability to prioritize, multitask, influence stakeholders, and drive projects to successful completion.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with ability to remain composed under pressure.
