Role OverviewBEOL Process Integration Lead in RF Technology Development Team

As a BEOL Process Integration Lead in our RF Technology Development Team, you will play a key role in the development, optimization, and qualification of BEOL semiconductor devices and processes to meet performance requirements.

You will be responsible for design, execution, and analysis of results, partnering with process module engineers to improve device/yield performance, owning and driving technical process problem solving, interacting with internal & external customers and responding to technical queries, establishing new technology design rules, test structures and test methodologies, and innovating new methods of continuous process/device improvement.

Requirements:

  • Degree/Masters/PhD in Electrical, Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
  • >2 year's relevant experience for PhD, >5 years for Degree.
  • Wafer Fab BEOL/interconnect process integration experience is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of semiconductor device physics and/or RF fundamentals (e.g. S-parameters) is a plus.
