Mechanical and Electrical Project Manager - Interior Fit-out Expertise

Role Description:

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) project manager to lead end-to-end M&E works on our interior fit-out projects in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of M&E system installations, design coordination, and technical site supervision.

The successful candidate will oversee the installation of M&E systems, ensuring alignment with design specifications, Singapore codes, and safety standards. They will also conduct regular site inspections, identify technical challenges, and develop mitigation plans to maintain project momentum.

In addition, the candidate will be responsible for monitoring project milestones and timelines, managing risks and delays, and leading the testing, commissioning, and handover process with full documentation and client acceptance.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related discipline
  • Solid experience managing M&E installations, ideally within interior fit-out or design & build environments
  • Strong understanding of Singapore Power Grid, local codes, and M&E regulatory frameworks
  • Proficiency in supervising ACMV and electrical works with a focus on safety, workmanship, and quality
  • Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment with high attention to detail
