Electrical and Mechanical Project Manager

A mechanical and electrical engineer will oversee all aspects of mechanical and electrical engineering activities, including project feasibility studies, procurement, construction, and maintenance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical and mechanical engineering with experience in high-end hospitality and residential projects.
About the RoleThe MEP Engineer will be responsible for ensuring quality of workmanship, compliance with safety and environmental requirements, and effective management of resources to meet project deadlines.
Responsibilities- Manage project planning, cost management, and quality and progress monitoring of M&E works.
- Coordinate installation and commissioning of all M&E systems, including lighting, power, water services, ventilation, air conditioning, and fire safety.
- Review and interpret M&E drawings and specifications, proposing optimizations for site-specific performance and durability.
- Control RFI, RFA, Shop Drawings, Technical Submissions, and Equipment/Material Procurement/Fabrication/Delivery Status for on-time project completion.
- Closely coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors on technical matters, including submission of method statements, drawings, materials, samples, and work progress.
- Evaluate project success against company objectives and standards.
- Diploma or Bachelor degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years' work experience related to similar projects in Singapore's building and construction industry.
- Proven experience in high-end hospitality and residential projects.
- Possess strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Electrical & Mechanical.
- Excellent coordination, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
