Physiotherapist for Adult Rehabilitation Services

We are seeking skilled professionals to join our team as Adult Physiotherapists.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced physiotherapist to work with adults in residential, community, or home-based settings. As a physiotherapist on our team, you will have the chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and provide high-quality physiotherapy interventions to adult clients with mobility, neurological, functional, and physical rehabilitation needs.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that cater to the unique needs and goals of each client, working collaboratively with caregivers, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals.
- Deliver therapy sessions through individual or group formats in center-based or community-based settings, including home visits when necessary.
- Provide education and training to caregivers and staff on safe mobility and functional independence techniques for clients.
- Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions to contribute to holistic care planning for adult clients.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in physiotherapy from a recognized institution.
- Current registration with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC), Singapore, or eligibility for registration.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills, with a passion for working with adults in various settings.
- Fresh graduates with relevant clinical experience in adult rehabilitation are welcome to apply, while 1-3 years of experience in adult physiotherapy is considered an advantage.
