Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Automotive Procurement Manager to lead the development and growth of our new department. This role will be responsible for managing local and overseas vendors and suppliers, ensuring timely and accurate communications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, negotiate, and procure specialized automotive parts.
- Prepare and manage multiple quotations with cross-currency exchange rate considerations.
- Maintain meticulous records and tracking using Excel and other tools.
- Utilize AI tools for research, data management, and process efficiency.
- Coordinate across time zones to meet deadlines.
- Develop and refine workflows as the department grows.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Technical Skills:
- Proven proficiency in AI tools.
- Strong Excel skills (formulas, data analysis, reporting).
Personal Qualities:
- Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with international vendors.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager for career growth.
