Job Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by attending to customer enquiries with a high level of professionalism.
  • Assist customers with various ancestral rituals, prayers, and chanting activities while ensuring accurate placement of tablets.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the ancestral halls at all times.
  • Monitor and report any equipment malfunctions to prevent disruptions.
Requirements
  • Secondary school qualification or above.
  • At least 1 year of frontline working experience.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin for effective communication.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks comfortably.
  • Flexibility to work on weekends and public holidays.
