Temporary Clinic Assistant
Join a dynamic and supportive team as a Temporary Clinic Assistant. As the first point of contact for patients, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient experience by providing outstanding front-line support.
Key Responsibilities:- Represent the clinic with professionalism and courtesy at all times.
- Handle patient registration, schedule appointments, and promote digital services to enhance the overall patient experience.
- Assist and guide patients on the use of self-service kiosks/digital services.
- Provide frontline support for patients, including crowd control and responding to patient inquiries.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
The role requires a 5.5 day work week, up to 44 hours per week according to clinic operation timing.
Work hours may vary between Monday to Friday (8am - 5pm) or Saturday (8am - 12pm). You must be comfortable with flexible working hours and able to stand for long periods.
Requirements:• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to learn new systems quickly.
