Job Opportunity

We are seeking a temporary Patient Service Associate for various healthcare clients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing tasks related to patient care and administrative duties in healthcare settings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and register patients
  • Schedule patient appointments
  • Coordinate specialists' consultation referrals
  • Handle payments and respond to patient enquiries in a courteous and professional manner
  • Manage patient concerns, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary
  • Communicate effectively with patients to provide a high level of customer service
  • Assist with health monitoring station duties, including taking height, weight, and blood pressure measurements for patients
Working Hours:
  • Weekdays: 6:30am-7pm (8 hours)
  • Saturdays: 6:30am-1:30pm (4 hours)

Requirements:

  • No prior healthcare experience required; customer service or administrative skills are acceptable
  • Comfortable using computers for patient registration, scheduling, and payment processing
  • Ability to start work as early as 6:30am on certain days

Candidates should have a 1-year contract commitment and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
