Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, business development, counseling, social work, or psychology is preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience in marketing, business development, or mental health-related fields is required.
  • Strong organizational, communication, networking, and administrative skills are essential.
  • The ideal candidate should be capable of innovative and strategic thinking beyond conventional boundaries.
  • Results-oriented and comfortable working independently, this individual should also be able to collaborate with others to achieve win-win outcomes.
  • Proficiency in English and good writing skills are required.
  • Integrity and sincerity when dealing with stakeholders are paramount.
  • Possessing a passion for working with families and individuals with mental health issues is essential.
  • Proficiency in Chinese is an advantage but not required.
