Procurement Position Overview

The Procurement Executive will be responsible for sourcing and negotiating with various suppliers and subcontractors to ensure cost competitiveness and service quality.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing/negotiation with suppliers and subcontractors from the vendor list
  • Updating purchase orders in the company's costing system
  • Preparing monthly purchase reports
  • Managing vendor lists, building relationships with local and overseas suppliers
  • Creating a database of production consumables, ship store supplies, and spares
  • Preparing delivery orders and applying related permits
  • Assisting with operations arrangement and quotation preparation

Key Qualifications:
Proven experience in procurement or a related field
Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Familiarity with procurement systems and software
