Job Summary

The Student Services Officer plays a pivotal role in supporting students' academic journeys, ensuring seamless administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise students on course requirements and academic matters, and manage requests for paper reviews, deferred assessments, and extensions.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • A Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or relevant discipline is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience in student information systems or customer relationship management tools are essential.
