Principal / Master Lead Power Systems Engineer

This role involves leading the design and validation of power distribution systems for high-capacity data centers and AI server environments.
We are seeking a skilled Senior Engineer to develop DC power distribution systems, including circuit breakers, switch boxes, and protective devices tailored for data center applications.
The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of TIA-942 standards and Tier III data center architecture, as well as hands-on experience with power protection systems (circuit breakers, relays, ground fault protection).
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop DC power distribution systems.
- Perform hardware testing of power supplies and converters used in AI server racks.
- Conduct high-power testing using AC/DC sources ranging from kilowatts to megawatts.
- Execute reliability and immunity tests.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Electrical & Electronic Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in power distribution design.
- Familiarity with IEC/EN/IPC compliance and testing procedures.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with AI server infrastructure and modular data center design.
- Understanding of thermal management and power redundancy strategies.
- Knowledge of energy efficiency standards and sustainability practices.
