Job Title: Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be able to handle time-sensitive tasks, and demonstrate interest in managing financial activities.

About the Role:
The Financial Operations Specialist will report directly to the Finance Manager to manage the financial activities of the organization. Key responsibilities include preparing financial statements, overseeing month-end and year-end close processes, and consolidating financial data across entities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and manage month end closing and full set of accounts for the organization.
  • Prepare monthly Management Accounts and various reports.
  • Perform Accounts Payable and Receivable, General Ledger and Fixed Assets functions.
  • Prepare and monitor cash flows projections.
  • Prepare and submit quarterly GST reporting.

Requirements:
To be successful as a Financial Operations Specialist, you should have excellent organizational skills, be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and have strong analytical skills. You should also be proficient in accounting software and have experience with financial analysis and budgeting.
