Our Mobile Engineering Lead will oversee the entire mobile engineering process, guiding our team to build user-friendly products that cater to global customers.

Job Description

As a key member of our squad, you will be responsible for shipping direct customer touch points on one of our most impactful products. We aim to create an entirely new network for the world's money, providing seamless financial transactions across borders and cultures.

Our engineers are currently embedded in various product teams, supporting 5 individual squads within our organization. You will lead these efforts, optimizing our mobile engineering resources and fostering the growth and development of your team.

The engineering team will support the card product across all stages, from card order to transacting, bill split, recurring payments, dispute resolution, and more.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience leading high-performing engineering teams
  • A strong product mindset, prioritizing work with customer experience in mind and making data-driven decisions
  • Strong technical skills in iOS or Android development
  • Great communication skills, articulating complex concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Pivot effectively when priorities change, quickly re-prioritizing workflows to meet objectives
  • Comfortable working in a globally distributed squad, driving projects across multiple teams and disciplines
