Our client specializes in end-to-end Mobile App development and they are looking for an experienced Director to join their team in Singapore. This is a start-up backed by young entrepreneurs and they have adopted holistic working environment that welcomes fresh ideas to captivate the mass consumers.

The ideal person must have a minimum 5 years experience in Mobile Applications product management, preferably in ads revenue optimization and monetization. Other requirements include:

- Bachelor’s degree in Science
- Min. 2 years in mobile app promotion strategy with CRM management and business development exposure
- Min. 2 years experience in staff management, sales performance tracking and income/incentive planning
- Excellent communication and social skills; fluent in Mandarin - speech and writing.
- Detail-orientated, positive attitude, has the ability to make data-driven decisions and take full ownership of the product

You will be assisting to develop, drive and implement the overall strategy and vision of the product mainly for the Mobile users. You will also be working on product and take ownership of strategies which drives the monetization of the company’s product via B2B and B2C advertising.
