Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for a senior architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in architectural design, with a strong track record of managing projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and cultivate a collaborative team environment, overseeing junior architects, interior designers, and draftsmen.
  • Drive excellence in design conceptualization, technical coordination, and documentation processes.
  • Ensure timely preparation, review, and delivery of architectural drawings across all project phases.
  • Administer professional sub-consultancy agreements and monitor team performance when acting as the contractual lead consultant.
  • C coordinate closely with clients, sub-consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth and efficient project execution.

Requirements:

  • 6–10 years of experience in architectural design, preferably in healthcare projects.
  • A recognized degree in architecture and registration with the Board of Architects, Singapore.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proven track record of managing projects from initial concept through to construction completion.
  • Proficient in design and documentation software including AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Revit, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal and emotional intelligence skills.
