Southeast Asia Ultra High Net Worth Client Manager

This role involves managing and supporting client relationships in Southeast Asia. As a Vice President, you will oversee all aspects of client management, focusing on ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Focus on prospecting and acquiring new clients, cultivate prospect lists and actively convert them into clients and deepen relationships.
- Actively involved in developing and maintaining long-term relationships through strong personal networks and contacts.
- Work in close partnership with investment specialists in proposing, delivering, and executing solutions for clients; as well as identifying new business opportunities.
- Maintain client relationships, answer clients enquiries, day-to-day account operations, update clients regularly on markets, portfolio performance, investments opportunities, risks.
- Provide strategic advice based on each client's wealth objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any discipline.
- Minimum 7 years' experience in wealth management space, along with strong client and stakeholder management skills is required.
- Understand and have working knowledge of the private banking key regulatory and control environments that are relevant to the team and be able to manage the accounts accordingly.
- Proven client management skills and effective communication skills (oral and written) who can positively engage and influence clients as well as internal stakeholders.
