About Our Portfolio Management Role

This key role focuses on monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing asset/portfolio performance to drive long-term performance and resilience of the portfolio. The successful candidate will contribute to the delivery of consistent performance and distribution to Unitholders, maximizing risk-adjusted investment returns.

  • Prepare quarterly board meeting documents and trustee reports.">
  • Ensure timely submission of monthly portfolio look-through, incidents, and sustainability reports.">
  • Work with the asset management and finance teams to track annual asset budgets and analyze variances against forecasts.">
  • Benchmark competitors and monitor market, sustainability, and HSE-related news that could affect assets under management.">
  • Coordinate workplace safety visits for senior management.">
  • Ensure compliance with Group policies and processes, working with the Asset Management team to achieve zero control breaches/audit findings.">

  • Collate and submit ESG benchmarking initiatives (e.g., GRESB).">
  • Monitor, report, and review sustainability targets.">
  • Work closely with asset and facility management teams to assess and propose green initiatives (e.g., renewable energy, green rating) for implementation.">
  • Prepare sustainability reporting and monitoring measures.">

  • Coordinate annual assets' valuation and hold-sell analysis.">
  • Analyze insurance adequacy and renewal.">
  • Conduct internal audits.">
  • Manage the Annual Report.">
  • Review technical audits (where relevant).">

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field, with 5-7 years of experience in data centre or real estate investments and/or SREITs. They should have excellent written and oral communication skills, be proficient in financial modelling and analytical work, and have an interest in learning about sustainability requirements.

  • Minimum 5-7 years' experience of relevant working experience.">
  • Excellent written and oral communication and presentation and interpersonal skills.">
  • Proficient in financial modelling and analytical work.">
  • Interest to learn and be exposed to sustainability related requirements.">
  • A self-motivated team player who is meticulous, detailed oriented, organized and able to learn quickly, independently with strong analytical skills.">
