Business Analyst Opportunity to Drive Growth and Improve Processes.
We are seeking a skilled professional to drive business growth and improve processes. This opportunity will allow you to leverage your analytical skills to drive business growth and improve processes.
- Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Insurance or a related field is required for success in this role.
- Experience as a Business Analyst in Life Insurance or Claims Management is essential with 5+ years of experience preferred.
- A strong background in Life/Asia platform OR life insurance products is necessary for this position.
- Familiarity with claims processes including death claims, rider claims, critical illness, maturity, and surrender is a must.
- Experience in writing BRDs, FSDs, use cases, and process flows is mandatory for this Business Analyst role.
- Proficiency in tools such as MS Office, JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or similar is expected.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills are required for success in this position.
- Knowledge of insurance regulations and data privacy standards is an advantage but not required.
