Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing and reviewing sales and purchase contracts for accuracy and compliance.
  • Help with the documentation process for import and export letters of credit (LC) under the guidance of senior staff.
  • Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely and efficient cargo and vessel execution.
  • Communicate with internal teams and external partners to assist in resolving any operational issues.
  • Maintain accurate records and assist in data entry for all trade transactions in the system.
  • Participate in meetings and training sessions to enhance understanding of trade operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in maritime studies, supply chain management, international business, or a related field.
  • Strong team spirits, organizational skills and attention to details.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
