Job Description

  • You will work closely with all major functional organizations within Global Facilities, as well as worldwide site facilities, strategic program teams, and other corporate organizations to drive systems projects/programs from initiation to completion.
  • Your responsibilities include supporting global workforce development, establishing and maintaining training plans, tracking assigned training status, and enforcing documentation control.
  • You will also create, lead, and maintain projects/programs, including project definition, schedules, communication plans, stakeholder analysis, and metrics development.
  • Collaborate and partner with global and site facilities, as well as IT, systems owners, and developers, to develop and deploy global reports and business processes.
  • Serve as owner of Global Facilities systems and solutions, providing administrative support, guidance, and consultation advice.
  • Provide governance, alignment, and mentorship on project/program/portfolio management and other processes/systems/software to external and internal team partners.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Knowledge and experience with Micron's WFD and Document Control systems is preferred.
  • Excellent skills for leading or facilitating multi-organizational teams to success on complex multidimensional projects/programs.
  • Knowledge and experience with Micron systems (EDC, SharePoint, MT Groups, ECN, PDR) is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with multi-functional organizations and geographies.
  • Professional, organized, meticulous, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Digital literacy in reporting and dashboarding software, as well as Microsoft Office suite.
