Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT professional to provide technical support to our Hospital Information System (HIS) and its integration with other clinical & business systems.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, define and analyze requirements, recommending and designing solutions for business objectives.
  • Utilize strong communication skills to convey ideas clearly, actively listen to users, and foster understanding and collaboration within the team.
  • Work closely with vendors to test and validate their delivery, supporting users in User Acceptance Test.
  • Manage end-to-end project implementation with internal and external teams, including infrastructure, security, and vendors.
  • Provide production support and troubleshooting with users and vendors as needed.
  • Undertake ad-hoc assignments and responsibilities assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
  • At least 4 years of hands-on experience in a system/application analyst or similar role, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • A self-starter who is assertive, independent, and able to work on multiple concurrent projects.
  • Must be able to handle multiple simultaneous tasks and prioritize requests.
  • A service-oriented team player with keen attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Initiates discussions with users or external groups to resolve issues.
  • Successful track record in project management, user, and vendor management.
  • Understanding of Hospital Information System (HIS) application and workflow is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with Structured Query Language (SQL) is an added advantage.
