This position involves overseeing the execution of media rights agreements, ensuring compliance with IOC guidelines.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for liaising with internal teams to track rights performance and providing timely updates to stakeholders.

A strong relationship with media rights holders, broadcasters, OTT platforms, and media partners is crucial for success in this role.

Key ResponsibilitiesMedia Rights Implementation & Compliance

Implement media rights agreements according to IOC guidelines.

Stakeholder & Relationship Management

Establish strong partnerships with media rights holders, broadcasters, OTT platforms, and media partners.

Event Coordination & Broadcast Operations

Work closely with broadcasters and production teams to deliver high-quality Olympic event coverage.

Compliance Oversight

Review broadcast sponsorship and advertising activities for IOC commercial guideline compliance.

Market Analysis & Strategic Insights

Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and challenges in the Asian broadcast landscape.

Share insights to refine media strategies and guide rights holders on industry innovations.

Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in sports media rights management, broadcast operations, or related fields.
  • Bachelor's degree or advanced vocational qualification.
  • Experience working on large-scale international multi-sport events.
  • Strong understanding of the Asian broadcast landscape.
  • Collaboration with international sports bodies is beneficial.
  • Negotiation, communication, leadership, project management, analytical, and detail-oriented skills.
  • Fluency in English; additional Asian languages are an advantage.
