Key Responsibilities:

As a key member of our Structured Finance Department Asia, you will actively support senior team members in originating and executing transactions. Your responsibilities will include preparing financial proposals and presentations, as well as preparing internal credit papers and supporting all aspects of transaction administration and execution from origination to drawdown. You will also be responsible for building, reviewing, and running sensitivities on financial models and cash flows, as well as identifying and monitoring market developments and opportunities. Additionally, you will liaise with internal and external stakeholders and clients as necessary, and support the wider SFDA team on deals as required.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred) and 5-7 years of relevant working experience. Your work experience should ideally be related to renewables, power, infrastructure, oil and gas, and mining project finance or acquisition finance. You will also need a good understanding of loan documentation, good written and communication skills, and a good understanding of the credit analysis process. Financial modeling skills and the ability to work independently on assigned jobs are also essential. A positive personality with strong work ethics, enthusiasm, and a desire to work in project finance are also required. Finally, you should be an independent, self-motivated, and strong team player with the ability to work in a multicultural team.
