We are seeking a talented Research Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our research department, you will have the opportunity to work on pioneering projects that advance the application of AI within the realm of software engineering.

About the Role

In this role, you will conduct applied research in integrating AI/ML techniques with software engineering practices to improve code quality, testing, and software maintenance. You will design and implement experimental prototypes to demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of new methodologies.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including AI researchers, software engineers, and product managers, to translate research findings into practical applications. Your expertise in AI/ML and software engineering will be essential in driving innovation and improving our products.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Research Engineer or Research fellow in Software Engineering.
  • Strong research background in AI, ML, and SE.
  • Experience working with generative AI technologies.
  • Experience in developing tools or frameworks that utilize AI/ML to enhance software development processes.
  • Experience in developing and prototyping in Python and R.
