Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Specialist to join our team at Waterstone Consulting Pte. Ltd. as a KYC Reviewer. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing corporate and financial institution documentation, as well as client constitutional documents and KYC documents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough reviews of documentation to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and in-house policies.
  • Verify client information and update static data in the client database.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate and detailed document deficiency reports for management review.
  • Collaborate with Relationship Managers, Operations, Legal & Compliance teams to resolve documentation issues.
  • Ensure full compliance with relevant regulations and in-house policies in operations.
  • Support ad-hoc tasks as required.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Banking & Finance or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in documentation review for account opening, static data maintenance, and/or KYC experience.
  • Strong understanding of MAS requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
