Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned technology leader to head our Digital Platform Services Team (DPST) and drive digital transformation across corporate and investment banking domains in the Asia Pacific region.

Responsibilities:
  • Partner with senior leadership to shape the mid-term strategy and execution roadmap for the DPST.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners and Transformation Teams to identify business needs, pain points, and drive digital initiatives to address them.
  • Lead a team of Business Analysts to define business requirements and work with Engineering and Architecture teams on effective technology solutions.
  • Plan and manage projects from resource planning, scheduling, and budgeting to stakeholder alignment and Project Charter preparation.
  • Lead end-to-end project delivery through your team of Project Managers from initiation to closure.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to Project Managers and Business Analysts, fostering continuous growth and performance excellence.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Finance, Banking, or related fields.
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in banking or financial institutions, with at least 8 years in Corporate Banking.
  • In-depth understanding of corporate banking products and operations.
  • Familiarity with Asia Pacific banking regulations and compliance frameworks.
  • Strong technical acumen, with hands-on experience in solution design and business process re-engineering.
  • Good knowledge of solution architecture, design patterns, and technology best practices.
  • Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders, including C-level executives.
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Demonstrated success in managing third-party vendors and offshore delivery teams.
Preferred Qualifications

Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or ITSM are advantageous.
