About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with customers, and developing strategic plans to drive revenue growth.

Your mission will involve creating and implementing strategies that not only meet but exceed our ambitious growth objectives. Your efforts will directly contribute to our ability to deliver exceptional solutions to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Buid and capitalise on customer relationships with OEMs, MROs, and Integrators to improve Aero ISR capabilities and services
  • Prioritise market opportunities in alignment with our strategic goals and capability fit
  • Establish and nurture relationships with current and potential OEMs, integrators, and partners to influence future procurements
  • Develop and manage global partner agreements with OEMs to drive growth
  • Identify and close Aero SATCOM deals through optimised routes, whether through current channels, new channels, or direct provision

You will have the opportunity to work closely with leading OEMs and integration partners, leveraging your expertise to drive business growth and deliver exceptional results.

  • Proven track record of driving business growth and delivering revenue targets
  • Strong relationships with OEMs, MROs, and Integrators
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Able to travel extensively
