Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Infrastructure Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of IT infrastructure initiatives. This includes managing project scope, resources, risks, timelines, and stakeholder communication to ensure outcomes align with business objectives.

Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning: Define scope and deliverables; develop detailed timelines, budget forecasts, and resource plans.
  • Execution & Delivery: Lead project implementation activities, coordinate across IT and business teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and ensure continuity through contingency planning.
  • Stakeholder Management: Maintain strong communication with internal teams and external vendors; regularly report progress and manage expectations.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that infrastructure deliverables meet technical and business standards; work closely with QA teams for reviews and validation.
  • Project Closure: Lead final project handover, ensure documentation is complete, and conduct post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned.
Requirements:
  • Education & Certifications: Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field; PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
  • Experience & Skills: 5–7 years in IT project management; proven experience managing infrastructure projects (e.g. network, cloud, endpoint, identity services); strong risk management, stakeholder communication, and vendor coordination experience; proficient in tools such as MS Project, Jira, or similar.
