Project Manager Position

Lead landmark infrastructure projects with industry-leading teams and collaborate with our team of experts to achieve success. As a project manager, you will oversee the design, specification, and submission of ACMV equipment, systems, and materials to meet project technical standards, with a focus on engineering compliance.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience managing LTA rail or infrastructure projects and possess extensive knowledge of ACMV engineering, installation, and commissioning. Strong leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills are also essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of design, specification, and submission of ACMV equipment, systems, and materials.
  • Development of project cost plans and master schedules, ensuring alignment with contractual milestones.
  • Determination of manpower and material requirements to support construction phases effectively.
  • Directing and monitoring all on-site activities including installation, fabrication, coordination, safety management, and testing/commissioning.
  • Acting as primary liaison with LTA representatives, consultants, civil contractors, and system-wide contractors to ensure seamless execution and integration of works.
  • Leading, mentoring, and managing site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors to achieve critical deadlines.
  • Working closely with Project Manager to oversee planning, execution, and progress tracking across all construction phases.
  • Defining clear roles, responsibilities, and performance expectations for the site team to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
  • Prior experience managing LTA rail or infrastructure projects.
  • Extensive knowledge of ACMV engineering, installation, and commissioning.
  • Strong leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with local regulations, safety standards, and LTA processes.
