About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Care Specialist to join our team. As a Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing assessment and intervention services to adults and seniors with physical, cognitive, or psychosocial challenges.

You will work in centre-based, residential, or community settings, delivering individualized occupational therapy interventions. This will involve conducting comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and developing personalized goals and intervention plans.
