Job Title: Home Therapy Physiotherapist
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced physiotherapist to join our team as a home therapy physiotherapist. In this role, you will work independently to provide physiotherapy services to patients in their homes.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct initial assessments and develop individualized care plans for each patient.
- Provide treatment interventions at home, including exercises, modalities, and education.
- Caregiver training and equipment prescription.
- Discharge planning and referral to other services as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
- Degree or diploma in physiotherapy recognized by the Allied Health Professions Council.
- Full registration with the Allied Health Professions Council.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with patients, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals.
- Ability to conduct assessments and provide treatment interventions independently in a home setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Knowledge of physiotherapy practices and techniques.
- Experience working with patients with various health conditions.
