Service Technician Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Service Technician to join our team as a key member of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation and commissioning of industrial ovens, including exchanging parts and performing electrical and mechanical works on site as required.
  • Troubleshooting of ovens and identifying the root cause of issues.
  • Coordinate spare parts orders with suppliers and maintain inventory levels.
  • Pack and prepare machines for delivery.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to customers and partners.

Requirements:

  • NITEC or higher in Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering.
  • Experience in the electrical field and Class 3 driving license required.

Working Conditions:

The ideal candidate will be able to work in Singapore and overseas if required, liaising with subcontractors and transporters to coordinate works. You will also be responsible for evaluating sites, managing risks, and conducting site surveys. Additionally, you may be required to attend trade shows in the region and provide technical training to customers and partners.
